Very helpful staff! Great resort with great amenities! It has its own beautiful beach! It is super safe for solo travelers! I felt the safest out of all places I stayed at! It smells so nice everywhere!

Wir haben wirklich nichts Negatives über das Salt of Palmar Hotel zu schreiben. Alles war tip top. Der Hotelmanager hat uns jederzeit jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen und alles mögliche zufriedenstellend erledigt.

nice beach, nice room, but one night no electricity and no water ,so we cannot take shower.
And the most important thing are they are not honest! They try to charge us in different way, they send us the bill before check out, it said we order coconut in the bar that we never visit , it said we took the chocolate from mini bar which we never take. then we explained to the reception and settled.
When I back to home for a few weeks later, we received bank statement, the hotel charge our room rate again, but we paid to expedia already!
Then I report to expedia, expedia said the hotel didn't reply them.Really? it's over one month still no reply?!
Now I hope expedia /hotel can refund to me if they are wrongly charge instead of stealing customer's money from credit card.
otherwise , if ppl want to stay at this hotel should think before u stay, DOUBLE charge! i m not the only one

"L’hôtel est correct pour le prix. Notre chambre était très bruyante. Nous entendions le bruit des compresseurs de climatisation installés à l’extérieur ainsi que les personnes sur la plage. Nous avons demandé à changer mais clairement ça ne les arrangeait pas donc on a laissé tombé. Le buffet manquait ..."
